Description
The role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to customers throughout various stages, from machine installations to addressing breakdowns and spares assistance. Additionally, the position involves managing aftermarket sales revenue within the designated territory. You will deliver end-to-end assistance to customers, encompassing tasks such as installing machines, responding to breakdown calls, providing spare support, offering training on machine operations, troubleshooting issues, and more. Coordination of pre-installation requirements with customers is also a key aspect of the role. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions for machines, ensuring global compliance, and conducting troubleshooting to resolve problems effectively. The role includes overseeing the installation and servicing of all machines in the specified region, as well as supporting customers with Mould Trials and machine assembly at their sites. Additionally, responsibilities entail providing training to customers on machine operations and troubleshooting, submitting field return parts for analysis, managing spare parts business, and generating spare parts recommendations. You will be expected to prepare and submit service reports for each machine, maintain software backups, hydraulics circuits, and Bill of Material on the service portal. This position is a part of the service team in the Bangalore Region and will be based in Bangalore. Basic qualifications require a full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Plastics, or Mechatronics, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in machine maintenance or testing.
