Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers on gear motors, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and solutions.
Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide application engineering expertise.
Develop techno-commercial proposals for customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Participate in pre-sales activities such as quotations, presentations, and negotiations.
Analyze customer RFQs, specifications, and tender documents from overseas clients.
Prepare technically accurate and commercially competitive quotations.
Liaise with internal teams (design, engineering, production) for feasibility and costing.
Communicate with international customers to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
Support contract review and ensure compliance with export terms and conditions (Incoterms, LC).
Track export orders and coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams.
Assist in preparation of technical documents like drawings, manuals, and inspection reports.
Maintain records and reports of inquiries, quotations, and order status using ERP systems.
Monitor and support timely delivery of export projects.
Stay updated with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
Provide post-sale technical support to overseas customers when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in industrial automation industry with a focus on gear motors or similar products.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university.
Strong understanding of Gear Motors & Gear Box Product Market.
