Engineer - Electronics hardware design

As an Electronic Hardware Design Engineer at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Designing electronic circuits and sub-systems for PLC and LED/LCD based hardware, including power supplies and analog, digital, and mixed signal circuits. - Designing peripheral interfaces for microprocessors and microcontrollers. - Participating in establishing design requirements and specifications, implementing test set ups, and performing design verification testing. - Performing debugging and troubleshooting to identify design and test set up issues. - Collaborating with external and internal customers, such as Product Management, Operations, and other engineering teams throughout the product development life cycle. - Assisting Lead Engineers and counterparts in design reviews. - Planning and executing tasks in collaboration with the product team to ensure project objectives are met. - Performing tasks per team processes and guidelines and providing recommendations for continuous process improvement. - Proposing and providing innovative, competitive technical solutions that can make a significant business impact and provide value to stakeholders. Working directly with stakeholders, engineering, and test to create high-quality products that solve customer problems. - Suggesting and developing re-usable hardware components and looking for continuous improvement opportunities in our company's motor operations and controls portfolio. - Sharing knowledge within the team and demonstrating flexibility working in parallel on multiple assignments/product categories. - Providing timely status updates and reports to stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelors in Electronics/ E&TC/ Instrumentation engineering - Experience: 4+ Years Skills Required: - Experience in designing analog, digital, and mixed signals circuits and sound knowledge of electronics components (Active, Passive & custom parts) & their applications. - Experience in designing circuits involving high-speed micro-controllers, microprocessors, and peripherals-based designs. - Experience in board level testing, troubleshooting, and debugging issues in hardware design. - Knowledge and hands-on experience on design considerations required to comply with EMI / EMC certification and environmental compliances UL /IEC / RoHS / REACH etc. - Sound experience on simulation tools like PSpice, LTSpice, Model Sim, etc. - Experience with printed circuit board layout design involving tools like Mentor & Altium. - Knowledge of different communication buses and interfaces used in embedded HW design. Ex ( Serial, Ethernet, CAN etc.) - Experience with Thermal management and Thermal conditions calculation (Power dissipation, Heatsink, etc.) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Preferred knowledge on designing production testers and simulators.,
