Job Description

As an Electric Engineer specializing in Foundry Maintenance, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Looking after shift Maintenance in Unit-1 and utilities - Planning and executing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs - Maintaining Foundry and Allied services like Furnace, Sand plant, Fettling, utilities, etc. - Ensuring compliance with IATF, ISO14K, and ISO15K requirements and Procedures - Identifying and implementing energy conservation opportunities in the plant - Upkeeping all panels and HT yard, Earthing Pits of the plant and maintaining P.F > 0.995 - Managing spares to avoid machine stoppage and ensuring availability of critical spares - Implementing Continuous Improvement programs - Utilizing computer knowledge for required documentation for departmental work Qualifications required for this role: - BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering - 4-5 years of experience in maintenance of machines and equipment - Sound Electrical knowledge - Ability to work as a team and lead from the front Please note that this position involves working from Monday to Saturday.,
