As a vital member of the CSS OU DevOps Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of technical training by:

Providing expert technical support
to Oracle University customers, partners, instructors, and individual learners, swiftly resolving issues encountered during training sessions. -
Proactively monitoring and resolving infrastructure incidents
through rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) processes to maintain optimal performance and availability. -
Developing and deploying cutting-edge lab environments
leveraging the latest Oracle Cloud technologies. -
Driving new project initiatives
as a key contributor within virtual, cross-functional teams. -
Participating in a rotating or fixed shift schedule
to ensure continuous 24x7 global support coverage. -
Actively engaging in scheduled team and technical meetings
to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Operating Systems:
Proficient in Linux OS, including installation, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting. General Windows troubleshooting skills, with an understanding of Event Viewer logs. -
Networking:
Solid knowledge and understanding of fundamental networking principles. -
Database Concepts:
Familiarity with Oracle database concepts. -
Virtualization & Containerization:
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) for deploying and managing scalable applications.

Practical experience with automation tools such as Ansible, GitLab, and Jenkins. -
Cloud & AI:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related equivalent field.
