Job Description

1.

Perform measurements and inspections on manufactured parts using a variety of metrology equipment.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Develop and maintain inspection procedures and documentation.
Calibrate and maintain metrology equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Analyze measurement data and prepare reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with advancements in metrology technology and best practices.

2.

Strong knowledge of metrology principles and techniques.
Proficiency in operating CMM, UTM, Hardness Testers, Profile Projectors, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Vernier Calipers, Vision Measuring Systems, etc.
Experience with quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

3.

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Engineering Metrology and Measurements.
Willing to work in shifts

Working days : Mon to Sat (6days)
