Job Description

As a Performance Testing Engineer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing automation scripts using Python and Bash. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure with VMware and OpenStack will be essential for designing and executing stability, capacity, and robustness test plans to evaluate software performance under various conditions. Analyzing test results to offer valuable insights for development teams and collaborating with developers and product teams to understand application requirements and establish performance criteria will be crucial aspects of your role. Your tasks will include: - Developing and managing automated test scripts for performance testing - Monitoring application performance in production and identifying areas for enhancement - Documenting testing processes, results, and findings clearly and comprehensively To ensure your skills remain current, you will stay updated about industry trends and best practices in performance and robustness testing. You will also oversee the end-to-end life cycle of Virtual Network Functions (VNFs), covering deployment, scaling, upgrading, and retirement processes.
