Job Description

As an Analyst for Engine CFD, your role involves performing Engine Level CFD simulations for both internal and in-cylinder scenarios. You will work on series production as well as advance engineering projects. Your responsibilities include: - Preparing CFD models for In-Cylinder Spray and Combustion simulations using tools like Converge, Star-CD, or AVL FIRE. - Creating CFD models for Engine & Exhaust CHT using Star-CCM+. - Applying loading and boundary conditions for accurate analysis. - Collaborating with design and testing teams to execute CFD analysis of engine components and recommend solutions. - Conducting CFD analysis for development, market issues, and VAVE projects. - Handling post-processing, result analysis, discussing findings with designers, and preparing detailed reports. - Demonstrating basic understanding of Engine parts and subsystems. - Familiarity with engine performance parameters and hands-on experience with In-Cylinder software, Star-CCM+, and Unigraphics. - Understanding Engine Bench Level Testing methods. - Knowledge of alternative fuels like Ethanol, H-CNG, and 1D GT Power is advantageous. Qualification and Experience requirements: - B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical/ Production Engg / Electrical with minimum 60% marks. - M.E / M. Tech with project work related to Engine CFD Simulation is desirable. - Experience ranging from 2 to 9 years would be ideal for this role.,
