Engine CFD Simulation Manager

As an Analysis Engineer for Engine CFD simulations, your role will involve performing Engine Level CFD simulations for both internal and in-cylinder scenarios. You will work on series production as well as advance engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing CFD models for In-Cylinder Spray and Combustion simulations using software such as Converge, Star-CD, and AVL FIRE. - Developing CFD models for Engine & Exhaust CHT using Star-CCM+. - Applying loading and boundary conditions for analysis. - Collaborating with design and testing teams to execute CFD analysis of engine components and propose solutions. - Conducting CFD analysis for development, market issues, and VAVE projects. - Performing post-processing, result analysis, discussing findings with designers, and preparing detailed reports. - Having a basic understanding of Engine parts and subsystems. - Familiarity with engine performance parameters. - Hands-on experience with In-Cylinder software, Star-CCM+, and Unigraphics. - Understanding of Engine Bench Level Testing methods. - Knowledge of alternative fuels like Ethanol, H-CNG, and 1D GT Power will be advantageous. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical/ Production Engineering / Electrical with a minimum of 60% marks. - Desirable: M.E / M. Tech with project work related to Engine CFD Simulation. - Experience: 2 to 9 years.,
