Project Role : Engineering Services Practitioner Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management. Must have skills : Aircraft Systems Good to have skills : Aircraft Design, Airbus Configuration ToolsMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to support the structural repair design of aircraft wing components. The role involves evaluating in-service damage, developing repair schemes, supporting fleet issues, and ensuring compliance with airworthiness requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft structural design, repair practices, and regulatory standards. Roles & Responsibilities:Evaluate structural damage on aircraft wings and provide suitable repair solutions in compliance with OEM standards and airworthiness requirements.Design and validate structural repairs using Airbus Methodology and approved engineering tools.Develop repair drawings, technical schemes, and engineering reports.Coordinate with team members and OEM for repair approvals and clarifications.Support fleet engineering by investigating damage trends and recommending design or operational improvements.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in repair development and engineering processes.Ensure timely delivery of engineering documentation with accuracy and compliance to internal and regulatory requirements.Participate in technical reviews, risk assessments, and design validation activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Systems.- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.- Solid grasp of data munging techniques. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 28 years of experience in aircraft structures design or repair, preferably with a focus on wings.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
