We are currently expanding our Patient Analytics Team and seeking an Engagement Lead with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in patient journey analytics within the pharmaceutical sector. As an Engagement Lead at ProcDNA, you will be responsible for leading client discussions and delivering tailored analytics solutions related to patient journey mapping, treatment progression, and behavior segmentation. You will work on developing and validating patient-level datasets by integrating various data sources such as claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy data. Your role will involve translating complex data into actionable insights to support brand, access, and medical strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including commercial, market access, and field operations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of internal accelerators for cohort identification, line-of-therapy analytics, and patient journey visualization. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in patient-level analytics across different indications, brands, or life cycle stages. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL are essential, while experience with Python is considered a plus. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with the ability to create and present clear, data-driven narratives. Experience working with longitudinal data sources such as claims, EMR, and SP Hub is important. Excellent communication skills are necessary to distill complex data into strategic insights effectively. The ability to work with global teams and clients in a fast-paced and evolving environment is also crucial for success in this role.,
