Job Summary

The Engagement Delivery Partner will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex projects in the industrial manufacturing sector. With a focus on customer experience and delivery management the candidate will ensure seamless execution of production planning and control initiatives. This hybrid role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of projects to ensure alignment with customer expectations and company objectives.
Oversee the delivery of solutions that enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production planning and control processes.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the agreed timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
Utilize industry knowledge to anticipate challenges and proactively address potential issues.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and sustainable.
Manage resources effectively to optimize project performance and achieve cost efficiencies.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key milestones.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of customer experience management and delivery management principles.
Demonstrate expertise in production planning and control within the industrial manufacturing domain.
Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a hybrid work environment.
Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
Show proficiency in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to drive project success.
Display the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications Required

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification in program management.
