Job Description

The Engagement Coordinator serves as a point of contact and companion for all new residents as

they transition into the Facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively create positive relationships with residents

2. Make activity schedule for the homes: Dementia and Non- dementia

3. Work closely with the Facility manager and HCA to make personalized activity plan for the

residents

4. Work as a companion for non-dementia residents

5. Plan outings for residents.

6. Send the personalized activity chart for the first weekly update every month.

7. Be the in charge of all activities and engagement plan

8. Work closely with the activity SPOC of all homes

9. Assisting in the pre-move-in process and facilitating communications to ensure a

seamless experience for the resident and families.

10. Provide a new resident orientation experience that is personalized and helps all new

residents at Epoch.

11. Maintain daily interactions with the resident especially with the new residents over the

first 30 days (minimum, making sure they are engaged in activities, maintaining

connection with loved ones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
