Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales professional at Atlas Copco, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, support sales engineers in submitting quotations, and maintain strong business relations with both internal and external customers. Your role is crucial in increasing Air audit business and revenue by taking necessary initiatives and ensuring effective and timely completion of AirScan jobs. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive audit reports, elaborating on measurements, analyses, recommendations, and system improvements to enhance efficiency in air supply and distribution systems. Collaborating with CST Sales and Equipment Sales, you will also recommend value-added products to promote customer satisfaction through energy savings. Organizing regular trainings, monitoring competition activities, and maintaining AirScan tools will be part of your development responsibilities. Compliance with corporate guidelines, including following the Atlas Copco Vision, Mission, and core values, is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and pass on AirScan leads to CTS Sales - Support sales engineers in submitting quotations in line with customer expectations - Maintain good business relations with internal and external customers - Take initiatives to ensure effective and timely completion of AirScan jobs - Prepare comprehensive audit reports with data obtained from Air audits - Elaborate on measurements, analyses, recommendations, and system improvements - Submit AirScan reports and recommend value-added products - Organize regular trainings to enhance technical skills of sales and service teams - Interact with Product Managers to improve existing work practices - Monitor competition activities and provide data for improvement - Maintain and coordinate calibration of AirScan tools - Comply with corporate guidelines, Vision, Mission, and core values - Follow the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct - Perform tasks assigned by the Team Leader Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in field service, preferably 2 years in air Audit and optimization products - Awareness of local regulations in energy conservation and efficiency policies Additional Company Details: Atlas Copco offers a culture of trust and accountability, lifelong learning, career growth, innovation powered by people, comprehensive compensation and benefits, and a focus on health and well-being.
