Energy Auditor

Note - We are an alternate Saturdays' half -day working organization (1st, 3rd & 5th).

We are seeking an experienced Energy Auditor to lead and execute energy audits, support renewable energy procurement, and drive energy efficiency initiatives in commercial and industrial buildings. The role focuses on optimizing electricity consumption and identifying opportunities for cost savings through sustainable energy practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed energy audits (ASHRAE Level IIII) of buildings and facilities. Identify energy-saving opportunities in HVAC, lighting, equipment, and overall operations.
• Analyze electricity consumption data to identify inefficiencies and reduction opportunities.
• Support end-to-end renewable energy procurement (e.g. solar PPA, open access, rooftop solar).
• Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with facility teams, vendors, and consultants to implement energy efficiency measures.
• Monitor and verify performance of implemented energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable energy codes, standards (ECBC, BEE), and green certifications (LEED/IGBC/GRIHA).
• Stay updated on latest energy technologies and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Energy Management. Certified Energy Auditor (BEE)/Energy Manager is preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in energy auditing and renewable energy procurement.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, energy modeling, and renewable energy solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Excel. Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for site audits as required
