Job Overview

We are looking for an MD-102 certified Endpoint / Intune Administrator to manage, secure, and support our device environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows deployment, device compliance, and M365 administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and policy management.
• Administer Windows devices, updates, and security baselines.
• Deploy applications through Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Configure and support Autopilot deployments.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to device compliance, application deployment, and security settings.
• Support M365 services including identity, access management, and conditional access.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security best practices.
• Generate reports and monitor device health, performance, and security posture.
• Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint-related incidents.

Required Skills

• Mandatory: Microsoft MD-102 certification (Endpoint Administrator).
• Strong experience with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MDM, MAM, Azure AD, Conditional Access.
• Experience with Autopilot, configuration profiles, and update rings.
• Troubleshooting skills for device, application, and policy issues.
• Basic PowerShell scripting is a plus.

Education / Certifications

• MD-102 certification required
• Additional M365 or Azure certifications are a plus
