Job Description

Good working exp. of 2 to 4 yrs in a customer focused end-user support function covering EUC and software/OS installations and support. Good exp. of incident resolution, requests, changes, and problem-solving activities delivered to agreed SLAs. Required Candidate profile Person should be able to address users' tickets & walk them through Installing applications & computer peripherals, providing a workaround until its resolve. Exp. of working with a modern ITSM tool.
