Enamelled Wire Section In-Charge

You are sought after to lead the Enamelled Wire Section as an In-charge at Shera Energy Limited. Your responsibilities will include independently managing the production of Enamelled copper/aluminium wires. You are expected to oversee operations such as wire drawing, annealing, enameling, and final inspection. Ensuring quality output as per IS, IEC, or customer specifications is a crucial aspect of your role. Planning and executing production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets will be under your purview. Supervising and guiding the production team across shifts, coordinating with QA and maintenance for efficient line operations, monitoring machine parameters, raw material usage, and rejection control are key responsibilities. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining daily production and material consumption reports while ensuring adherence to ISO and plant safety guidelines. Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Minimum 8 years of experience in Enamelled wire production - Sound knowledge of enameling process and machine operations - Strong leadership and team-handling skills - Knowledge of quality control processes and maintenance coordination Please note that the company is Shera Energy Limited, located in Reengus, Rajasthan.
