You will be joining our global Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, a part of the Identity and Cyber Security group within the Technology division. This team is responsible for preparing for, protecting against, and responding to Cyber Security events by providing centralized PAM solutions and tools to manage privileged access to Macquarie systems and applications. In this role as a PAM Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will collaborate closely with teams across COG Technology to advise, deliver, and guide the adoption of PAM capabilities. Your responsibilities will include reducing manual efforts through automation, enhancing cybersecurity maturity, ensuring PAM compliance, and monitoring controls. Additionally, you will contribute to user stories and feature releases, engage users through showcases and workshops, create end-user documentation, and offer L1 support. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Experience in Identity Security or broader Cyber Security domain. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact and negotiate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proactive, self-managing abilities with the capacity to work independently. - Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements. - Familiarity with PAM and/or Identity Access Management (IAM) domains and concepts is highly desirable. - Knowledge of Identity Security or Cyber Security products. - Experience with tools such as CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault is advantageous.
