Enablement Engineer

Role Overview: You will join the global Privileged Access Management (PAM) team at Macquarie, which is part of the Identity and Cyber Security group within the Technology division. The team focuses on preparing for, protecting against, and responding to Cyber Security events by providing and maintaining centralised PAM solutions and tools to manage privileged access to Macquarie systems and applications. Key Responsibilities: - Partner closely with teams across COG Technology to advise, deliver, and guide the adoption of PAM capabilities - Work on automation to decrease toil, uplift cybersecurity maturity, and drive PAM compliance and control monitoring activities - Support increment planning by contributing to user stories and feature releases, engaging users through showcases and workshops - Create and maintain end-user documentation and provide L1 support Qualifications Required: - Experience in the Identity Security or broader Cyber Security domain - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and relationship management skills - Self-managing, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision - Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements - Familiarity with PAM and/or Identity Access Management (IAM) domains and concepts is highly desirable - Knowledge of Identity Security or Cyber Security products - Experience with tools such as CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault is advantageous Additional Company Details: Macquarie is a global financial services group with 56 years of unbroken profitability, operating in 31 markets.
