Skills

• Proven functional experience with Epic and Cerner EMR systems
• Strong understanding of US healthcare market dynamics, including clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement models
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement EMR-integrated solutions
• Ability to translate healthcare operational needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with AI, clinical coding, or revenue cycle management tools (desirable)
• Familiarity with additional EMR platforms beyond Epic and Cerner (desirable)
• Previous involvement in product development, implementation, or optimization projects (desirable)

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the subject matter expert for Epic and Cerner functional workflows, ensuring our AI products integrate effectively

2. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design features that meet the needs of US healthcare providers

3. Provide insights into US healthcare operations, compliance, and reimbursement dynamics to inform product strategy

4. Analyze current and emerging trends in EMR systems and US market regulations, recommending adaptations to product roadmaps

5. Act as a liaison between clients, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of AI-enabled solutions

6. Support testing, validation, and quality assurance of EMR-integrated solutions
