English Language specialist/Summarizing/Proofing - Work From Home

Roles and Responsibilities

• An English Language Specialist must be able to identify and correct incorrect English grammar usage, sentence construction, and all other aspects involved in effectively communicating to readers.
• The ELS will also be responsible for identifying and tagging appropriate sections in the medical records and summarizing them accurately.
• Education: Graduation and above.
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Ensuring that language of all content being created is of the highest quality.
• A specialist in English language and grammar is needed.
• Skillful in proof reading, Editing and content checking.
• Should be able to rectify basic formatting errors.
• Summarizing medical records and present it in a word document

Desired Candidate Profile

• Identification, understanding and analysis of clinical data, history of injury or illness, treatment modalities, medications and other clinical facts from the various medical records such as radiology reports, discharge summary (s), triage record, follow-up visits, pathology reports etc.

• Examine, assess and documentation of the medical records chronologically.

• Authoring medical chronologies which provide a concise reference to all pertinent medical information. Identifying missing medical records for reconciliation and retrieval requests.

• Interpreting and summarizing handwritten notes.

Skills and Education

• Education

  : Any Graduate
• Candidates should be very proficient in English Language, especially in written communication and grammar.

• Skills: The candidate should be well versed with MS Office applications. Typing skills are mandatory with at least 40 WPM. He/she should have excellent spoken and written English language skills.

• Shift timings - 12pm to 9pm
• Working days - Mon to Sat (6 days)

• Salary -Fixed 19k CTC (take home -13800 )
