Employment Verification Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Employment Verification Associate to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting background verifications by reaching out to employment sources through calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate closures as per client specifications.

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINER

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct employment verifications via calls and emails
• Initiate verifications based on client-specific requirements
• Follow up with verification sources for timely completion
• Accurately document and report verification findings
• Ensure closure of verifications within defined SLA timelines
• Meet daily/weekly production targets
• Maintain high standards of quality and process adherence
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and protocols

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 0–2 years of experience (background verification or outbound calling preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email applications
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment
• High level of integrity and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
