Reporting to the Head of Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing in Malaysia, you will be based at Grab's Bangalore office. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance Grab's employer brand and connect with potential candidates who are eager to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Operations and Analytics (50%): Enhance core recruitment marketing tools, manage analytics tools like Google Analytics, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. - Employer Brand Activation (50%): Develop and implement a local employer brand strategy, create engaging content, plan recruitment events, and build relationships with industry groups and community organizations. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, employer branding, or recruitment marketing. - Proficiency in marketing tech tools such as CMS, CRM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
