Description
As a part of our team at Adobe, you will play a vital role in shaping exceptional employee experiences by serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Your responsibilities will include coaching employees and managers on sensitive work-related issues such as conflict resolution. By demonstrating a solid understanding of company policy, culture, and values, you will be able to provide recommendations to help resolve employment-related issues and support necessary courses of action to drive positive outcomes. You will partner with managers to provide coaching on complex performance matters, assess progress, and guide them through corrective action and disciplinary actions. Additionally, you will handle investigations in compliance with employee-related matters, recommend solutions, and assist in facilitating resolutions. Your role will involve performing preliminary legal, regulatory, and management assessments to evaluate the risk of involuntary separations, collaborating with HR Business Partners and Legal. Facilitating sessions and workshops to equip managers in handling performance, employee engagement, conflicts, and other aspects will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will drive Manager Enablement by coaching, counseling, and educating managers based on Adobe's performance philosophy. You will be responsible for preparing, completing, and timely documenting reports of findings for all investigations, ensuring follow-through on all matters. In addition, you will proactively manage potential risks by analyzing data received from reports or other sources, identifying patterns and trends, and developing programs to implement corrective plans or minimize the risk of issues occurring. You will partner with HR Business Partners and the business on handling reorganizations, aiming to provide outstanding outcomes and experiences for our internal customers.
