Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Benefits Servicing And Claims Professional located in the Greater Delhi Area. The professional will be responsible for managing employee benefits and insurance accounts, handling customer service queries, and administering benefits. They will also be involved in claims management and account management tasks, ensuring comprehensive service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits
Knowledge of Insurance and Claims Management
Strong Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Account Management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Relevant certifications or degrees in business, insurance, or related fields are advantageous
