As a Patient Care Coordinator at Luma Fertility, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for patients at our IVF clinic. Your responsibilities will include guiding patients through the complexities of fertility treatments, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their treatment journey. Building strong relationships with patients, providing education, and coordinating care among various specialists are essential aspects of this role. Your focus will be on creating a smooth, calm, and empowering experience for all patients. To excel in this position, we are seeking a compassionate and empathetic candidate with prior healthcare experience, particularly in patient-facing roles. A degree in BHMS, BAMS, or BDS is necessary, and an MBA in Healthcare would be preferred. You should have at least 3 years of experience in a patient-facing role, preferably in healthcare or fertility services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite are also required. A passion for women's health and the ability to build rapport and trust with patients are key qualities we are looking for in the ideal candidate. Key responsibilities of the role include serving as the main point of contact for patients, coordinating and organizing treatment plans, providing education and guidance on IVF processes, coordinating care among medical staff and specialists, offering emotional support to patients and their families, following up with patients regularly, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, and handling administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records and scheduling appointments.
