Job Title: Telesales Executive Loan Sales Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Loan Sales Notice Period: Immediate joiners or max 15 days Make outbound sales calls and attend to inbound inquiries related to loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.) Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate loan products. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers. Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent customer engagement and service . Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales / Financial Products . Experience in both inbound and outbound telesales . Fluent English is must Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively. Should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Must be able to join within 15 days or less .
