About the Role

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our healthcare team in Koramangala, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be well-trained in handling medical emergencies, patient transportation, and delivering advanced life support under critical situations. If you are passionate about saving lives and can work effectively under pressure, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care at the site of incident and during patient transportation.
• Administer BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) procedures as required.
• Assess patients’ conditions quickly and determine appropriate treatment protocols.
• Operate medical equipment such as defibrillators, ventilators, and monitoring systems.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient assessment, treatment provided, and vital signs.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Safely transport patients to hospitals while monitoring and stabilizing their conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and functionality of ambulance and emergency equipment.
• Follow all medical, ethical, and legal guidelines related to emergency care.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
• Relevant EMT training/qualification from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and medical equipment handling.
• Good communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience in emergency/ambulance services will be an added advantage.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.

Compensation

• In-hand Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
