Emergency Medical Technician (EMTS)

Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Company: Four Gun Fire Security Service Private Limited Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time / Shift Based Job Summary: Four Gun Fire Security Service Pvt. Ltd. is seeking qualified and dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to provide first-response medical assistance at our client sites. The EMT will be responsible for handling emergency situations, stabilizing patients, and coordinating with hospital services for further treatment. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide efficient medical care. Assess the condition of injured persons and provide basic life support (BLS) or first aid. Safely transport patients to medical facilities if required. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and incident reports. Regularly inspect and maintain medical equipment and first-aid kits. Coordinate with security and site management during incidents. Follow protocols and company policies during emergencies. Maintain calm and professionalism in high-pressure situations. Participate in regular emergency drills and medical refresher trainings. Qualifications & Requirements: Certified EMT from a recognized institute. Minimum 1–2 years of field experience preferred. Basic knowledge of emergency medical procedures and equipment. Physically fit and mentally alert. Ability to work in rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Knowledge of workplace safety, fire safety, and industrial health is a plus.
