Job Opening: Temporary Storage Research Engineer (Dell EMC EOSL Focus) Budget: Flex as per experience Duration: 1 month Start Date: Immediate Project: StorageMentors.com – AI-Powered Support Platform We are seeking an experienced Storage Research Engineer for a short-term project focused on Dell EMC EOSL (End-of-Service-Life) technologies. This role supports the development of our AI-based service platform, StorageMentors.com, which provides intelligent support for over 30 Dell EMC hardware and software products. This is NOT Operational technical troubleshooting , fixing , client facing but Data research work where engineers must understand the 30 + storage technology Domain documentation and be able to extract the texts and verify the relevant information . it is back office work which later turns into the Ai Mentors models that he or she can support if human is needed in the future. Key Responsibilities: • Research and curate high-quality datasets relevant to Dell EMC EOSL storage products • Identify and structure information useful for training AI models • Work closely with our AI/ML team to align data for RAG and LLM use Requirements: • Proven expertise with Dell EMC storage systems and EOSL technologies • Strong understanding of storage hardware/software platforms • Ability to work independently and start immediately This is a contract-based, remote opportunity Flexiblebudget for the month.
