Our Martos plant, part of the Visibility Systems Business Group, specializes in the development and production of Lighting Products and Electronics. From advanced adaptive lighting technologies to interior and exterior lighting solutions designed for both style and functionality, Valeo continuously pushes the boundaries to improve the driving experience. As an R&D Engineer in the Electronic Development department at Valeo, your mission will involve designing, developing, and validating architecture and schematics focusing on EMC for assigned projects in accordance with specifications and Valeo design standards. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing standards, processes, methods, and tools within your field, as well as support customer validation and design review activities. Managing EMC issues in P1 projects during initial deployment phases and collaborating with PCB layout engineers to ensure EMC compliance will be key responsibilities in this role. Your day-to-day tasks will include ensuring Design Reviews with GEEDs, addressing and escalating project-related issues, launching LLCs in projects, conducting postmortems for projects post-SOP, and managing product design responsibilities. Moreover, you will be actively involved in avoiding EMC-related escalations and cost impacts, participating in the EMC Laboratory Enlarging plan, and enhancing testing methods while proposing automation solutions. To excel in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Electronics Development within the Automotive industry, possess an advanced level of English proficiency, demonstrate a passion for automotive technology, exhibit strong customer orientation (both internal and external), and showcase an international mindset.
