About the Role

We are hiring an Embedded Tester with strong hands-on experience in electronics testing and PCB rework. The ideal candidate will be comfortable diagnosing issues at board level, executing structured tests on embedded systems, and documenting results with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Debug & Repair PCBs: Fault isolation, component replacement, rework/soldering, and verification.
• Embedded System Testing: Execute test cases for hardware/firmware builds, validate functionality, record logs, and escalate defects.
• Electronic Components Handling: Work confidently with motors, relays, sensors, power supplies, connectors, etc.
• Test Equipment Usage: Operate multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and basic tools for measurement and validation.
• Documentation: Maintain clear test reports, defect logs, and repair trackers; follow SOPs and safety standards.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with design/firmware teams to reproduce issues and close defects.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience in:
• Debugging of PCBs
• Repairing of PCBs
• Testing of Embedded Systems
• Basic electronics (motors, relays, sensors, etc.)
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in electronics/embedded testing (or equivalent practical exposure).
• Proficiency with test instruments (DMM, oscilloscope) and basic soldering/rework.
• Ability to read basic schematics and follow test procedures.

Good to Have

• Exposure to firmware flashing, UART/I2C/SPI basics, and embedded C fundamentals.
• Experience with test jigs/fixtures and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ESD and lab safety.

Education

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation (or equivalent).
