We are looking for an Embedded Software Development C/C++.

Youll make a difference by

Leading and mentoring a team of embedded software engineers in design, development, and integration activities.

Driving protocol development and implementation in Linux-based environments.

Having Understanding of Architect, designing, and optimizing software modules using C/C++.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, solutions, and delivery roadmaps.

Ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

Conducting code reviews, performance analysis, and debugging.

Owning technical decisions and provide guidance for problem-solving.

Coordinating with stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.

Having Strong background in Linux environment, socket programming, and protocol development.

Experience in embedded systems, real-time applications, or communication protocols like BACnet , KNX

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Proven track record of driving technical topics and leading teams.

Having Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work independently with minimal supervision.

Having Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

Youll win us over by:

Holding a graduate BE / B.Tech / MCA/ M.Tech / M.Sc with good academic record.

8/10+ years of professional experience in software development with C/C++ programming in embedded domain.

Experience in networking protocols, IoT, or industrial communication standards.

Exposure to Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), build systems, and debugging tools.
