Embedded Linux Engineer

You should have a strong practical hands-on experience with C programming and debugging skills. Your technical project track record should demonstrate expertise in Linux User Space application development. You should have the ability to develop Linux kernel device drivers from scratch and possess strong knowledge of at least one Linux kernel subsystem. Experience with Linux kernel version 3.0 and above is required. Hands-on experience with SoCs of Marvell, NXP, TI, Broadcom, Qualcomm, etc., specifically in board bring-up, is essential. Understanding of various processor architectures such as Cortex-A series, ARM series processors, and other general-purpose microcontrollers is preferred. Proficiency in build systems like Yocto, Buildroot, CMake, and Makefiles is necessary, along with a strong understanding of the Git version control system. You should be familiar with debugging tools such as gdb, valgrind, and static code analyzer tools like cppchecker. Experience in customer interaction, particularly with US and European clients, is a must. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as fluency in English (verbal and written). Participation in feature and design discussions within and across teams is expected.
