Embedded Firmware Engineer

You have a great opportunity to join our team as an IoT Embedded Systems Engineer with 5-9 years of experience in IoT embedded systems. Your role will involve integrating wireless connectivity into a product using a network stack. You should have knowledge of wireless technologies such as WIFI, Thread, Bluetooth/BLE, and IoT Cellular. Additionally, familiarity with IoT communication protocols like MQTT, HTTP, and COAP is required. Key Responsibilities: - Experience with Microcontroller Architecture Family, including ARM Cortex, Microchip, Xtensa ESP32, and TI CC32XX - Proficiency in RTOS such as FreeRTOS, uC OS, EmbOSs, VxWorks, and QNX - Knowledge of Microcontroller peripherals and drivers like ADC, DAC, I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, RS485, DMA, Ethernet, SD/eMMC, SDIO - Understanding of networking concepts, embedded TCP/IP stacks, and common IP protocols - Familiarity with build toolchains and frameworks like IAR, GCC, Keil, Mplab - Adherence to coding standards, guidelines, and compliance tools - Experience with version control using git tools - Knowledge of software quality assurance, automated testing tools, and the embedded software design cycle - Ability to document software design including flow charts, state diagrams, logic design, analysis, implementation, debugging, and testing - Strong programming skills in Embedded C and C++ - Experience with AWS/Google cloud for device connectivity and exposure to IoT cloud services like AWS IoT - Conducting software and hardware integration testing and troubleshooting - Protocol debugging using a protocol analyzer - Understanding of schematic/hardware design around microcontrollers like ST, TI, Atmel, Microchip, and ARM core Qualifications Required: - M.Tech/B.Tech in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering - Previous experience working on IoT-based embedded device projects In addition to the technical qualifications, we are looking for a team player with good communication and presentation skills.
