Email Support Executive (Jaipur)
Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
CTC: ₹36,000 – ₹38,000 per month
About the Role
Company is looking for Email Support Executives to join our Jaipur team. If you have prior experience in international customer support or client handling, here’s your chance to work with a global leader in customer experience management.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer emails with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism
Resolve queries efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary
Ensure compliance with quality and process standards
Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service
Salary & Incentives
CTC: ₹36,000 – ₹38,000 per month
In-hand (Training Period – First 3 Months): ~₹30,000 - 32000
Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to ₹1,000/month based on performance
