Email & SMS Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo)

We are looking for an individual to take charge of email and SMS marketing for all our brands. You should be adept at creating, organizing, and enhancing messages that are not only opened and clicked but also lead to actual conversions. If your perception of email marketing is limited to sending out a newsletter every week, this position may not be the right fit for you. We require someone who can strategize, develop, and refine campaigns and flows that generate substantial revenue and elevate the brand image. Your responsibilities will involve managing Klaviyo for both email and SMS, configuring automated flows, segmenting audiences, conducting A/B testing on campaigns, and ensuring no potential opportunities are overlooked. In this role, you will enjoy complete ownership of a channel that drives revenue. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple Indian and US-based brands, ensuring a dynamic work environment. Experimentation, testing, and witnessing direct outcomes of your initiatives will be an integral part of your experience. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Klaviyo, encompassing both email and SMS functionalities. Demonstrable success in delivering quantifiable results for Shopify brands in India and/or the US is a must. Providing tangible evidence of your accomplishments is essential; mere verbal claims will not suffice. Proficiency in segmentation, A/B testing, and data analysis to enhance performance is crucial. The ability to create or supervise copy that resonates with the brand's voice, steering clear of sounding like spam, is highly valued.
