Overview We are seeking a creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our email marketing strategy to engage and nurture our user base, including students, educators, and administrators. You will be responsible for creating compelling email campaigns, optimizing deliverability, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously improving email marketing initiatives to enhance user engagement and retention Location: Remote (Kolkata) Experience: 1-2 Years Must Have skills: Excellent writing skills and communicationboth written and verbal Responsibilities Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support various initiatives, including product launches, promotions, events, and user onboarding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, and product, to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Create dynamic and personalized email content, including copywriting, subject lines, and calls-to-action, to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Implement segmentation strategies based on user behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage to deliver targeted and relevant email communications. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization of email campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to email marketing and implement changes as necessary to ensure compliance and maximize deliverability. Maintain email marketing calendar, scheduling, and automation workflows using email marketing platforms Qualification Excellent communication skills, , with a keen eye for detail Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
