Role Description:

Email Marketing Specialist

You'll own our end-to-end email communication from strategy to execution ensuring that every subscriber feels seen, supported, and inspired to take action.

What You'll Do on a day-to-day basis:

Email Marketing

• Build and manage

  email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences

  to engage and convert leads.
• Create

  high-converting automated flows

  (welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement, etc.) using tools like ConvertKit, FloDesk, or Mailchimp.
• Repurpose social, podcast, and workshop content into value-packed email stories.
• Analyze open/click rates and optimize for performance.

Outreach & Lead Generation

• Identify and reach out to

  potential clients, collaborators, and organizations

  (universities, startups, corporates).
• Craft

  personalized cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages

  that build trust and spark interest.
• Research prospects and maintain a lead tracker (via Notion/CRM).
• Manage follow-ups, schedule discovery calls, and support lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with the Founder to convert warm leads into paying clients.
  

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are a natural communicator who

  writes like a human, not a marketer.

• Have 24 years of experience

  in email marketing, lead generation, or B2B outreach.
• Understand

  funnels, automation tools, and CRM systems.

• Are organized, reliable, and proactive

  you don't wait to be told what to do.
• Have an understanding of

  coaching, education, or personal branding

  industries (bonus).
• Love building relationships and making genuine connections online.
