Your role will involve building monthly content calendars and translating strategic plans into actionable tasks using ClickUp. You will also be required to create detailed creative briefs for video and design projects, track deliverables, and collaborate with management on campaign planning and messaging. In the realm of short-form video editing, you will provide essential support by editing Reels, testimonials, and social content. Your tasks will include identifying compelling moments in footage, incorporating music/text overlays, and preparing content for publication. Additionally, you will organize and label content files to ensure seamless accessibility for the wider team. In the design and email support capacity, you will be tasked with creating visually appealing branded graphics using Canva for various purposes such as Instagram, newsletters, and promos. You will also play a key role in building and formatting email campaigns using drag-and-drop email tools, as well as assisting in scheduling, testing, and sending emails. Ensuring brand consistency across all visual and written communication will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a unique blend of creativity and operational efficiency. Proficiency in ClickUp for task management, experience with short-form video editing tools like CapCut and Adobe Rush, and a keen eye for design using Canva are essential.
