As an Email Marketer specializing in the healthcare domain, you will play a crucial role in generating quality leads and engaging with prospects effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads in the healthcare sector. - Creating engaging email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions to improve open and conversion rates. - Managing and segmenting email lists for personalized communication. - Monitoring campaign performance metrics and optimizing strategies accordingly. - Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and HIPAA guidelines. - Researching and identifying potential healthcare leads while maintaining accurate CRM records. - Conducting follow-up calls to US-based prospects to qualify and nurture leads. - Collaborating with sales and business development teams to align strategies and achieve lead generation goals. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in email marketing within the healthcare industry. - Proficiency in email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc. - Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management. - Demonstrated success in generating and nurturing healthcare leads through email campaigns. - Excellent written communication and content creation skills. - Comfortable working in the US shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST). - Ability to make professional follow-up calls to US prospects. - Strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness. It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of marketing automation platforms, experience with AI-driven email personalization tools, and familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements.
