Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Outreach Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for executing outreach campaigns, managing contact lists, and communicating with potential partners or clients via email. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone looking to kickstart their marketing career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential outreach targets (websites, blogs, etc.)
• Draft and send personalized email campaigns using outreach tools or manual processes
• Manage and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts using Excel and/or CRM tools
• Organize and update contact databases efficiently using Excel functions
• Follow up on email threads to improve response and conversion rates
• Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to support campaign goals
• Track and report on key metrics (open rates, response rates, etc.)

Requirements:

• Fluent English – both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – comfortable with sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or outreach is a plus (training will be provided)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with Gmail, Google Sheets, or outreach tools is a bonus
