Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of proven expertise in planning, designing, executing, and optimizing data-backed email campaigns. The ideal candidate is deeply skilled in marketing automation, segmentation, analytics, deliverability management, and creative campaign strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Create, test, and optimize email templates with advanced personalization and responsive design.
• Build automated workflows, nurture sequences, and drip campaigns aligned with customer journey stages.
• Manage and maintain clean, segmented subscriber databases to ensure high deliverability and list hygiene.
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing for subject lines, send times, and creative elements to maximize performance.
• Track and analyze campaign results using KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Optimize campaigns for deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation.
• Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and tone across campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email marketing regulations.
• Stay updated on emerging tools, technologies, and trends in email automation and CRM.

Preferred Experience

• B2B marketing, SaaS, or market research industry background.
• Familiarity with AI-driven personalization tools and predictive email analytics.
• Experience with cross-channel automation (email, SMS, and push notifications).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
