As part of our growing digital marketing team, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to lead our email campaigns and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture existing contacts.
• Develop engaging and visually appealing email templates using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Segment email lists based on user behavior, engagement, and demographics.
• A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and content to optimize open rates and conversions.
• Track and report key metrics like open rate, CTR, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, and conversions.
• Ensure emails follow industry standards, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other legal compliance.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain and clean subscriber databases to ensure accurate targeting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, Zoho Campaigns, or HubSpot.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integrations is a plus.
