Email Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive with at least 2 years of experience in driving B2B/B2C leads and conversions through targeted email campaigns and digital outreach strategies. The ideal candidate should be skilled in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns while building qualified lead pipelines to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Research and build prospect databases across industries and geographies.
• Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and personalization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Write, edit, and design engaging email templates aligned with brand tone and compliance standards.
• Execute lead generation strategies via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, CTAs, and email formats.
• Track, analyze, and report on email and lead generation performance (open rates, CTR, lead quality, conversion rate, ROI).
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Stay up to date with best practices, tools, and trends in email marketing & lead generation.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and lead generation.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Strong research skills to identify and qualify target leads.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation strategies.
• Good understanding of campaign analytics and reporting.
• Strong communication and persuasive writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales & marketing teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
