Email & IT Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive Email/IT Support professional to join our Team. The ideal candidate will manage and troubleshoot email systems, assist clients with technical issues, and ensure smooth email operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot email accounts using Outlook, cPanel, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Resolve email send/receive and synchronization issues efficiently.
• Perform email migrations and backups as needed.
• Manage client email credentials securely, maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide remote support and assist clients with email-related technical issues.
• Collaborate with the Web Team to ensure email systems integrate smoothly with web services.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IMAP, POP3, SMTP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Outlook setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with DNS records including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Excellent communication and remote support skills.
• Prior experience in email or IT support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
