We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Email Coordinator to join our expanding team. Candidates with strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills in English are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

1. Any Bachelor’s degree (No standing arrears).

2. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in English communication.

Requirements

1. 2–3 years of experience as an Email Coordinator or in a similar role.

2. Ability to manage, coordinate, and track emails efficiently.

3. Capable of handling multiple email threads/tasks simultaneously with accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming and outgoing emails professionally and promptly.

2. Maintain organized email records with proper labeling and archiving.

3. Act as the primary point of contact for email communication between clients and internal teams.

4. Send meeting invites, follow-up emails, and reminders.

5. Track and manage replies related to scheduled projects or queries.

6. Generate daily/weekly email activity reports to ensure timely responses.

7. Maintain logs of client correspondence.

8. Coordinate the sharing of drawings, quotations, and reports via email.

9. Ensure all attachments are correctly formatted and properly named.

10. Draft and maintain professional email templates (project updates, quotations, onboarding, etc.).

11. Flag urgent or high-priority emails to the relevant team or individual.
