You will be working as a Customer Support Executive in a company located in Goregaon, Mumbai with a Work From Office setup. Your role will involve providing customer service via email and chat with a focus on the US process. The shift timings will be rotational according to client demand, with options including 7 AM to 4 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, and 11 PM to 8 AM. As an immediate joiner with at least 4 years of experience, you should be a graduate with excellent English communication skills.
