We are looking for a Chat Process Executive to handle customer queries and provide support through online chat. The candidate should have good communication skills, typing speed, and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate if required.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Good written English and typing speed (minimum 30–35 wpm).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat software.
  • Prior experience in BPO or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
